VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT – PRIVADA DEL MAR

GENERAL RULES AND STAY CONDITIONS

To guarantee a pleasant stay and maintain order within our facilities, the undersigned (hereinafter "The Guest") strictly agrees to comply with the following clauses during their stay:

1. RATES AND EXCHANGE RATE

  • Base Currency: Rental rates are originally set in United States Dollars ($ USD).

  • Payment in Pesos: In case of making the payment in local currency (Mexican Pesos - MXN), either in cash or via bank transfer, a standard exchange rate of $17.50 MXN per dollar will apply.

  • Market Adjustment: This exchange rate is subject to change without prior notice in accordance with daily financial market fluctuations.

2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

  • Check-in Time: Formally established starting at 3:00 PM.

  • Check-out Time: Strictly established at 12:00 PM (Noon). Cleaning staff requires immediate access to the unit at this time to prepare the property for the next incoming guests.

3. LATE CHECK-OUT PENALTY In order to avoid disruptions to property operations and to protect the reservations of incoming guests, the Guest agrees that if the unit is not vacated punctually by 12:00 PM, the following automatic charges will apply:

  • Afternoon Delay (From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM): An administrative charge equivalent to Half Rent (50% of the nightly rate) will apply.

  • Staying past 6:00 PM: A Full Rent charge (100% of the nightly rate) will apply due to the operational blocking of the unit and the inability to perform cleaning. This charge does not grant the right to stay overnight if the space is already reserved for another guest.

4. SECURITY GUARANTEE AND REGISTRATION

  • Mandatory Registration: It is essential for the Guest to present a valid official photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, or INE) upon arrival for the administration's digital registration (photo capture).

  • Optional Security Deposit: The administration reserves the right to request a cash deposit or hold an official document as a damage guarantee in specific cases, or when the reservation profile requires it for property security.

5. CLEANING SERVICE AND LINENS

  • As an independent residential vacation rental modality, the rate exclusively covers the professional delivery cleaning (receiving the clean property upon your arrival).

  • For extended stays exceeding the weekend, a cleaning service will be provided on Monday for the next three days of your stay.

  • Towel Exchange: If a towel exchange is required during your stay, the Guest may request it at no additional cost at the front desk, exclusively during current standard office hours.

  • Optional Extra Cleaning: In the exceptional event that the Guest requires a full daily cleaning service in the unit during the weekend, it may be requested from the administration at the following additional daily cost:

    • The Studio: $60.00 USD per day.

    • The Apartment: $80.00 USD per day.

6. USE OF FACILITIES AND DAMAGES

  • Premium Location: All our units are delivered in optimal conditions, oceanfront and right on the beach. The Guest commits to taking proper care of the furniture and facilities.

  • Civil Liability: Any material damage caused to the property or furniture due to negligence or misuse will be billed in full to the Guest prior to their departure.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By making the reservation deposit and signing this document, the Guest declares that they understand and accept each of the conditions stipulated herein.
