VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT – PRIVADA DEL MAR

GENERAL RULES AND STAY CONDITIONS

To guarantee a pleasant stay and maintain order within our premises, the undersigned (hereinafter "The Guest") strictly agrees to comply with the following clauses during their stay:

1. RATES AND EXCHANGE RATE

  • Base Currency: Rental rates are originally set and quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD).

  • Payments in Pesos: In the event that payment is made in Mexican Pesos (MXN), either in cash or via bank transfer, a fixed exchange rate of $17.50 MXN per Dollar will be applied.

  • Market Adjustment: This exchange rate is subject to change without prior notice based on daily financial market fluctuations.

2. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

  • Check-In Time: Formally established starting at 3:00 PM.

  • Check-Out Time: Strictly established at 12:00 PM (Noon). Housekeeping staff requires immediate access to the unit at this time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

3. LATE CHECK-OUT PENALTY

To avoid operational delays and protect the reservations of incoming guests, the Guest agrees that if the unit is not vacated punctually by 12:00 PM, the following automatic charges will apply:

  • Afternoon Delay (From 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM): An administrative fee equivalent to Half Rent (50% of the nightly rate) will be charged.

  • Staying Past 6:00 PM: A fee equivalent to Full Rent (100% of the nightly rate) will be charged due to the operational block of the unit and the inability to perform housekeeping. This charge does not grant the right to stay overnight if the unit is already booked.

4. SECURITY AND REGISTRATION WARRANTY

  • Mandatory Registration: It is an indispensable requirement for the Guest to present a valid official photo ID (Valid Passport or U.S. Driver's License) upon arrival for management's digital registration (photo record).

  • Optional Security Deposit: Management reserves the right to request a cash security deposit or hold an official document as a damage guarantee in specific cases or when the reservation profile requires it for property security.

5. HOUSEKEEPING AND LINENS

  • Independent Rental: Since this is an independent residential vacation rental modality, the rate exclusively covers the professional turn-over cleaning (receiving the property clean upon arrival).

  • Extended Stays: Daily housekeeping service is not provided during Saturday and Sunday. Daily maintenance and tidiness of the space is the Guest's responsibility. For extended stays exceeding the weekend, a complimentary housekeeping service will be provided on Monday for the upcoming three days of the stay.

  • Towel Exchange: In case fresh towels are needed during the stay, the Guest may request them at the front desk at no additional cost, strictly within regular office hours.

  • Optional Extra Cleaning: If the Guest exceptionally requests a full daily housekeeping service during the weekend, it can be provided by management at the following additional daily cost:

    • The Studio: $60.00 USD per day.

    • The Apartment: $80.00 USD per day.

6. USE OF PREMISES AND DAMAGES

  • Premium Location: All our units are delivered in optimal conditions, beachfront and steps from the shore. The Guest commits to taking proper care of the furniture and facilities.

  • Liability: Any material damage caused to the property or furniture due to negligence or misuse will be billed in full to the Guest prior to check-out.

TERMS ACCEPTANCE: By making the reservation deposit and signing this document, the Guest declares that they fully understand and accept each of the conditions stipulated herein.
